About Us

Assessment Centre for Estate Agents

The Assessment Centre for Estate Agents (ACEA) was established in October 2007 by Vivien Marks and Debbie Knipe. Both have been involved with the training and education of estate agents for over two decades with the Institute of Estate Agents in the Western Cape. An in depth knowledge of the property industry coupled with a conviction that formal qualifications for the property industry are essential, led them to form a business. Their specialization is in the new qualifications for estate agents as well as residential rentals and management training.

ACEA have held many successful information seminars explaining the process of the new Qualification and Recognition of Prior Learning. ACEA has worked closely with Services SETA in this regard.
